Kenneth Harasym

Kenneth has served as President and former owner of Economic Planning Health Corporation since its establishment in 1993. The company was founded on the principle of delivering superior service through comprehensive employee benefits and retirement plans tailored for the Long Island area. After selling the business, Kenneth has remained dedicated to the financial services sector. 

With 43 years of experience in the financial services industry, Kenneth is recognized as an ethical, service-oriented professional with a reputation for excellence. His expertise includes employee benefits such as 401(k) plans, life insurance, deferred compensation, and tax-advantaged programs for employers and employees alike. He maintains a strategic focus on all aspects of the business while identifying innovative solutions to help employers manage benefit costs effectively.

Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Stony Brook University. Throughout his extensive career, he has consistently applied his business acumen to address clients’ needs, guided by his belief that “the best way to understand a business person’s needs is to have walked in their shoes.”

Active in both professional and local communities, Kenneth is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table* and the National Association of Health Underwriters. He has earned numerous accolades as a "Peak Performer" with several leading insurance and investment firms. Outside of his professional endeavors, Kenneth enjoys coaching, participating in Boy Scouts, traveling, spending time with his adult children and grandchildren, engaging in outdoor activities, and golfing. He currently resides in Fort Myers, Florida, after having been a lifelong resident of Long Island for 59 years.

*Qualifying membership in the MDRT is based on minimum commission and gross business generated within a year. Each MDRT status designation is granted for one year only until lifetime membership is achieved after 10 years; otherwise, all members must apply every year to continue their affiliation with the Million Dollar Round Table.
